I’ve created dozens of ads that have brought in six figures in revenue. A few have brought in over a million dollars in revenue.
And over that time, I’ve discovered the most important part of an ad that brings in six figures in revenue – or more. What is it?
It’s a powerful big idea. A “Big Idea” is what gets the reader to believe that your product or service will help them reach their goal, and take action.
Here are two of the best “Big Ideas” that I’ve discovered:
The Success Story Ad. This has generated millions of dollars in sales and created some of my best ads.
The Success Story can be your personal story or a customer’s story. In some cases, you can even borrow a story.
The Painful Story Ad. This has generated millions of dollars in sales as well. You start out the ad with a painful story and then present your product or service as the solution.
There’s a lot more to it than that. But, these stories work the best to get people to stop scrolling, read the ad, click the link, enter your sales funnel, and become customers.
Now, I’ll admit, it’s hard to take these big ideas and quickly turn them into a winning ad for your business.
